Pure Chihuahua This is our little Chihuahua that we purchased from Steven and Donna in February 2005. His name is Quillan, and is very cute. He has an excellent temperament and learnt toilet training and basic commands very quickly. He is extremely affectionate, and loves receiving attention from other people. We took him to Puppy Pre-School, where he did very well, although acted big and tough towards the other much larger dogs. His veterinarian has commented many times on his colors, which are just adorable. We love him very much. Miccal and Rae Matthews.

POO-CHI Dear Steven and Donna,
Here
is our baby boy “Buzz†(Toy Poodle
x Chihuahua). He is now 5 months old and is still as gorgeous as
ever!
Everyone we come across comments on his good looks, they all want to know what breed he is and where we got him. He is very smart; he can sit, wave and drop…. but still has trouble peeing on his piddle pad. He is the king of the castle and loves his baths. Thank you for such a great puppy, he makes all of our lives more enjoyable. The Denny family June o6.

Pure Chihuahua
Hi Steven & Donna,
It has been 2.5 years since we bought
our Chihuahua puppy from you in March
2004, and just recently I decided to go onto your website again
to see what other cute puppies are
available.
I just wanted to share with you Oreo.
He loves the heater in winter,
and in summer loves to sun bake.
He has a lovely nature, and LOVES to snuggle. We have a joke where we think he has be raised by cats- he loves snuggling under out chins, and loves putting his cheek against our cheeks, or to recieve kisses. Thank you Warm Regards Amy & Pet June 06

Pure Chihuahua Dear Donna and Steven,
We purchased a pure female Chihuahua
puppy in May 05 last year. Her parents were Bear and Dotti.
We named her "Honey" because
of her beautiful honey colouring. You will see from the photo's that she
is such a little lady!
She loves snuggling, sun baking and
sleeping near the heater. She could snuggle with you all day long
if she wanted!
Honey also loves catching bugs and
eating "yummy human food's".
We would like to thank you for giving
us the best little pet anyone could ever ask for and we would love to
hear from you if you have any more pure chihuaha's... she would love a
friend to play with!
Kind Regards, Rebecca,
Danny and T.J. August 06

CHI-RUSSELL Dear Steven & Donna
We purchased our Chihuahua x Jack Russell in
July last year. I just thought I'd
drop you a quick note to let you know how much we adore him. He
is so in touch with my feelings and
his bark is bigger than him!!! He has become a
very big part of our family and we all love him very much.
My son is always telling "Winky" how much he loves him, they play allot together & he sleeps on his bed while he is going to sleep. When I go to bed he cuddles up next to me and even in the summer nights he will still sleep under the quilt!!! I will send you a photo soon. I have also recommended you to
friends, although I haven't seen any more
Chihuahua's on your website and was
wondering if you still sell them.
Regards Sasha Richard
Winky Update

He loves to sleep in her basket with her, they lick each other clean,
it's very funny.

POO-CHI
Hi
Don This is Dulce we purchased from you in July, she is the most adorable little thing. She has a beautiful soft coat, which is very easy to maintain. She does not seem to shed at all, she has lost some baby fur but she has not shed for about 3 months now, which is great! I think she has more ‘hair’ than ‘fur’. She is a very low maintenance little dog, although we will get her clipped. She doesn’t fuss about us grooming her. Dulce is approx. 15cm from floor to shoulder and weighs approx. 2.3kg. She
caught on very quickly with the house training, and to other things we
have taught her. She is quiet and contented. Loves sitting on our lap, but
is happy to follow us around, she is not demanding or destructive!! She
has a lovely placid temperament.
I
would highly recommend this breed; she is a great little companion very
friendly little dog.
I
trimmed Dulce’s hair in the front as it was getting long and the dog
groomer can’t come until the 17th!! So if she looks a little
strange….that’s why!
Regards,
Lynne October 06 |

POO-CHI Dear Steve and Donna
I would have replied
earlier but havn't got good computer skills . Managed to get this photo
which was taken a few months ago, it might give you a bit of an
idea, although she still had her puppy fur. Hope the attachment
opens
Our Toy Poodle cross Chihuahua
Lily is quite a medium sized solid little dog now. She is
extremely affectionate perhaps even highly emotional, she prefers
not to be separated from us, constantly sits near or follows
.
She is very delightful and playful, she does annoy the poor little 10 yr old dog constantly. She is very intelligent and she is a good watch dog. She does bark at every little thing. Her coat since loosing her puppy fur is quite mottled in its colour, patchy light apricot throughout. Its soft and curly, bushy around the neck area. She is very cuddly. She did have an allergic reaction though to the vaccinations other wise shes in good health. She is a great little dog and sometimes she "talks" I know that sounds crazy.. All the best, have a lovely Christmas and New Year

MALT-CHI
Hi
Donna,
I
have been meaning to send you an update on little “Frankie†for the
past few weeks but I now have a couple of good pictures for you.
When
I saw “Frankie†on the website he looked gorgeous. I had been
wanting a friend for “Judd†my Moodle I got from you last year for a
little while and was waiting until a little puppy really caught my eye –
and well Frankie did!
He
has been the happiest little addition to our family and Judd has accepted
him like a new Christmas present. Frankie is a real ball of energy
and races from one end of the room to the other like a lightening flash
– he thinks he’s playing chasey with anyone who’s paying attention
…. As much as he pulls, tugs and side swipes Judd while playing, he cant
help but curl up under Judds chin or along his back when it all gets too
much. Frankie really does love his big brother – Judd.
He
has a monster of an appetite but is learning his table manners and taking
heed of Judd’s patience at meal times ha ha. We have achieved
sitting and staying and he more than happily fetches (when it’s a race
against Judd).
He
is walking on the lead and they are now budding beach dogs. They
love it. Frankie is happy to be off the lead, saying hello to the
passing dogs – regardless of size, he loves a paddle and then is happy
to continue to trot along at my feet.
All
in all he has settled so well into our home ..... he loves
Thank
you so much
Bronwyn,
Jake, Judd and Frankie January

MALT-CHI
When
I first saw Gizmo on your website, around early October 2006, I
couldn’t believe it wasn’t a toy! It was without a doubt the cutest
thing I’d ever seen. Then when we picked him up on October 21st
he was even cuter than the picture. He’s done almost 4 months of
growing since then and he’ still the cutest dog ever! Whenever
we go on adventures, and we do quite often, everyone has to stop and
comment on how adorable he is.
I
was never a
He
is a very social dog who loves to play with his dog friends and is
already proving to be a very loyal dog. He has a great temperament and
though he likes to get his own way, he is slowly learning who’s boss!
I
love coming home to an excited, wagging tail - he has been the best
birthday present ever!
Attached
are pictures of him the day I got him, and then on an adventure to the
farm.
Cheers, Tennille February 2007

POO-CHI Hi Steven & Donna,
This is little "Banjo" we brought off you back in September 2006.
He is such a good
dog -although he does have his moments of insanity... but we think it
gives him character.;)
He makes us laugh so
much and he fitted straight into our little family.
He loves to play and
never seems to tire.
He is a clever
little thing that can now... sit, drop, dance and roll over.
His coat has gone
more to the poodle side...except for the bit of fluff on top of his
head.
Thank you again for
recommending this breed to us.

POO-CHI Hi Donna and Steve,
Just a quick note to say hello and to let you
know how Stella is getting on. She is sooo lovely I can't begin to tell
you. She has slotted into the
family (me and the 2 cats) so well, the boys
just love her.
Yes, believe it or not, the cats love to cuddle
and play with her.
Admittently, things were a little rocky at the
start, put as time has warn
on, they have all got to know and love each
other.
We are still working on the toilet training,
but her accidents are reducing
daily. She is bright and full of beans. She
has such an outgoing
personality (as you said from the word "Go"
Steven) the whole township of Romsey know her and ask after her if she's
not with me.
I'll send some more photo's as she gets
bigger. At the moment she hasn't changed all that much, but her face is
starting to look more poodle than Chihuahua. The attached pic is at 10
weeks.
I see you have had another batch of Chi-Poo's
and Cavoodles. Your puppies really are lovely and I am so pleased to
see your business doing so well. I have passed on your web details to
all that ask about Stella, so hopefully you'll get some refer business
from her.
Again, many many thanks to you both for such a
wonderful companion. I am very very happy as is Stella.
With
kind regards, Dione Townsend

POO-CHI Hi Donna and Steven,
Sorry it has taken a while for us to email you. Chris and I wanted to thank you for such a gorgeous baby girl Chi-Poo who is now 8 mths old.
We picked her up from you in December last year. She has gone from a quiet little puppy to a beautiful dog that has a fabulous personality. She fitted into our family very easily and always wants to be by our sides. The initial toilet training was ongoing but we are now finally able to read her body language and she understands that she needs to go outside. She graduated puppy preschool, made lots of friends and the puppy trainer knows Lucy as the most excitable puppy she has ever met (which she said was lovely). Her favorite treat is a peanut butter kong and her favorite toy is a troll soft toy.
Lucy is very inquisitive and is always looking for new hiding holes to burry her bones. Yes this little black fluffy dog buries her bones on our lounge and under pillows, it’s very funny to watch. Everyone that sees Lucy thinks she is the most adorable and friendly dog they have seen and she loves visiting friends and family. One day she will make a great sister or brother to our children.
Many thanks! Belinda and Chris. May 07

POO-CHI Hi Steven & Donna, We bought a male Poo-Chi puppy last week May 07 and wanted to thank you and let you know he has settled right in. We have named him Maverick, as he was so nervous and we thought he would be able to grown into his name! He has come out of his shell and plays with our Kitten Mischa and my neighbour’s puppy Mimmi even though they are both so much bigger than him. He is eating well and he is very smart, responding to his name already and will come when we call most of the time, he has also been using his training pads right from day one with only a couple of mistakes! Everyone who sees him falls in love with him, including us, and I thought you would like these photos.
Many thanks Jalna & Adam June 07

POO-CHI Dear Steven & Donna, “Veto’ is now 5 months old and doing well. Attached are some photos of her progress. As you can see ‘Veto’ was tiny when we picked her up from you. At 9 weeks she weighed 650 grams and has steadily grown to 4 times her size and a healthy 2.1 kg. ‘Veto’ still enjoys her Woof Bix and a she loves her chicken necks for dinner. ‘Veto’ is still more Chi than Poo looking, though her nose looks more poodle like in the last two months. She gets comments whenever she goes out especially about her size “she’s so smallâ€, and we are often asked what she is. Many people have said that she looks like a miniature Doberman or miniature Rotweiler. At 10 weeks of age Veto could fetch and at 12 weeks, she could sit, drop and shake. Veto is very affectionate, with one of her favorite pass times being to cuddle and kiss. Veto has a wonderful temperament and we are very happy with her, she has bought a lot of joy to our lives. Many thanks Kelly & Michael McFadyen Jan 09
